Were gettting the following error in the SMC Storage Queue after implementing a change request:
You don't have the required permission. You need at least the 'Modify' permission on the 'DocumentCopy'.
You don't have the required permission. You need at least the '{0}' permission on the '{1}'.params[{Modify}, {DocumentCopy}]
In Director the file name is greyed out and it has (copy pending) at the end.
How can this be resolved please?

As Roberto said, this issue is related to Securities on document copy. If there is only few files in this queue just change Security settings for document copy, but if there is more of them then please check Security settings for document copies on Template from which this document is being created. Might be that someone does have all permissions on document but doesn’t on document copy.
This is very strange; this copy does not have any security applied to it (like all our other ones). Out of 5 files in this copy, this problem is only affecting 4 of them.
I have tried adding the person who created the document to the copy security and then resubmitted the jobs, but it still failed.

Could you please share the screen print where these 5 files are?
Also the screen print for permissions and roles assigned to that person.
