I have a strange occurrence at a client.
They search for documents in eB and then the results screen is black.
I have never come across this before.
I was on the users computer this morning and did a few searches and I didn't get the problem, but she now gets it.
which OS is the Client ? Screenshot looks like windows7 ? What version of eB?
Could it be you do not get the screen due to login credentials? were you logged in as yourself when you did not see the issue?
If the credentials do not seem to be linked to the issue, I sould suggest uninstall/reinstall of client. I have never seen this behavior either.

It is Windows 7 and I requested Director to be uninstalled and reinstalled and I have found out that another user got the same thing as well.
Both users have usernames and passwords in the system with rights to created documents etc.
Is there a specific permission that could cause this or could it be related to the Director installation where the eb.presentation.wpf dll and Microsoft.mshtml dll causing the issue?
Just to let you know Roberto I'm on Windows 7 now and have never seen this before in Director :( sorry guys. Good luck!
