eB compatibility with Internet Explorer 10 and 11

Question

Hello. 
 I have seen the statement on BE Communities that eB will be compatible with Internet Explorer 10 from version 16. 
 However, is there any way IE 10 and 11 can be run in a compatibility mode for now? If so, what are the settings. 
 We have users who have upgraded to Windows 8.1 and are using IE 11. Adding to the Basket does not work, even if the server domain is added to the Compatibility View list, but I wonder if the F12 Developer settings can help?

Hello 
 After further investigation the issue causing objects not to appear in the Basket was found. It was not related to browser version or Operating system. Objects name which was added to the basket was the cause. Long dash (–) was used in Objects name instead of normal dash (-). To fix this issue edit title manually or run script given below which will fix the issue for all Documents 
 update documents set title= REPLACE(title,'–','-') where title LIKE '%–%' 
 NOTE: Before running this script make sure that the issue is caused by a long dash as it might be related to other not supported characters.
