We are running eB 15.5.1 and the web application. Is there away to make the default action when you click on a file in a document to open in a new window? It currently opens in the same window and the user has to know to right click on the file link and select on open in a new window. Thanks for your help.
Alex, in the document I sent you yesterday, there is a "Setting files to launch when you click on them" section. I believe that's what you need.
We have our web application to launch when you click on a file hyperlink but some of our documents contain more than one file. Some of them contain serveral jpg or pictures that pertain to a document. When you click on the one file it closes the document. Is there away to have it lauch the file in a new window or tab? Thanks for your help.
Hi Alex,
are you using Brava for your web viewer or just the launch option?

We have limited licenses of the Brava viewer so we are using the launch option.
Alex, you said launching a second file will close the first one. I believe you're referring to launching the same file type. In that case the behavior you see may well be as designed in the application you use. If you save those two files onto your desktop and double click each of them in turn (that is, without using eB), do you see the same behavior?
