Hi, Within the eB (15.4.1) System Management Console Manual.pdf the following is stated: eB Insight now has a new printing and renditioning service based on the Bentley Interplot technology that can be configured in place of the older print and rendition services. If you will be using the Interplot Print and Rendition Engine, the following pre-requisites must be satisfied prior to enabling it. • ProjectWise Interplot Server • GhostScript (needed to render Microsoft office files to .pdf) • .NET 4 • Microsoft Word and/or Excel 2007 or 2010 (Needed to render Word™ and/or Excel™ files to • .pdf) Where can I download GhostScript from and is there a specific version that has to be installed? Do we require both GhostScript as well as Microsoft Word and/or Excel 2007 or 2010 installed on the server?

Hi Natasha,
You need both Word and the Ghostscript as pre-requisites on the Server.
