Can anyone please provide me some information on the eB Enhanced Viewer. And is it available for Director and Web?
Will the enhanced viewer be used to view DWG files for example?

Hello Natasha,
Enhanced Viewer is used for viewing technical drawings and it is available for Director and Web. This enhanced viewer is based on Spicer and it is not available/supported from version 15.6.x, as from version 15.6.x file viewing in Director and Web is based on Brava Viewer (check this hyperlink what files types are supported by Brava communities.bentley.com/.../11772.the-brava-plugin.aspx )

Am I correct in saying that specific licensing is required in order to use the Enhanced Viewer for Director and Web?

Yes you are right all you need is a Enhanced license for web and specific/enhanced file for Director (this file should be applied on all PCs ).
To be able to use enhanced version on Director your OS should be 32 bit. version, otherwise even with enhanced files you would not be able to view the files using director.

As a quick followup here, as Gintautas mentioned above, this capability is replaced in current releases of eB by the Brava viewer IGC. We can no longer offer new licenses for the Enhanced Viewer even on older versions of eB.
