Does eB 15.5.1 or 15.6 work with BravaViewer 7.2?
More importantly how integrated are eB and the BravaViewer when it comes to BravaViewer's electronic signature functionality?
There demo shows the user saving the newly signed PDF to a local drive but if you have opened the pdf from eB can you save it directly back into eB?
Currently we are developing a work flow with a work task for a user to check out a pdf, sign it with adobe and check it back in. Are we able to do all of this within the BravaViewer 7.2?
Hi Alex,
The only currently supported BravaViewer-eB intergration is with markups. If you are interested in adding Brava Signature-eB Integration, please submit a Service Request and we can route it as an enhancement request for eB.

The workflow of checking out using adobe to sign it and checking it back in is quite a few clicks. I am wondering if we can use the BravaViewer if it will limit some of these clicks and make the process a little easier and more seemless for the user.
From your response it sounds like the integration with the BravaViewer is not set up for this. Is this correct? Thanks for your help.
Hi Alex, yes you can use 7.2, however you would need to check that the clsid and version number configuration settings are set to the values for 7.2. The brava! settings document lists the settings.
“D005703 – Brava Viewer Integration” is the document you want. I can send you this if you dont have it already.
For the signature functionality we only really integrate with markup saving.
Regarding your workflow:
If you’re checking out a file and checking back in after you sign with adobe, you don’t have to use Brava -
Thanks
