Is there a way to change the default titles and content of Work Order Task Notification emails, so they contain the document number that the work order is for?

Hi Catherine,
There is an old hotfix version that may still work for the later eB version.
It publishes the resource files for the emails so the content can be changed. The variables that eB provides are fixed and the content of the email can be changed.
Could you please confirm the version your are using?

Manav is right, there is a HF00135 and it works with versions 15.x. I've uploaded this HF to communities and it can be downloaded from link below.

We have deployed eB 14.4.2 SP2 HF00135. How do you customize the – Subject title – of the email? For example: we want to replace wo_number with “Document Number” and ws_number with “Document Title” as shown below.
