There are a couple tags in our system that users cannot access using eB Nuclear desktop because they get the message "Connection > GetDesignStatus > No Entry found for Object Id: N" where N is the TAG_ID from the database. The tag definitely exists as it is returned by the search and can be opened/viewed in director. Has anyone seen this message and can you point me to what might be causing this? While there are workarounds to see the tag it is inconvenient because engineering users don't generally have director.
Hi Ryan, can you tell me what Tags are getting the error message so that we can replicate the error in house. Also what version of eB is this?

We are still on version 15.4.1.
tag.tag_id and tag.code
530215 1PS4048A-SP001+P0001
530216 1PS4048A-SP002+P0001
Note the tag_id matches the number reported in the error screenshot from my first post.

are these recent tags or older ones? Just want to see if the data could be in our copy of DB so I can try to replicate.

I think they are old enough to be in the export we sent you. Tag_ids in the low 500,000s indicate they've existed for a while.
