I have some distributed documents and then try to get them through the records management process. I can get as far as creating and approving the disposition order. Once that happens, the status goes to IN PROGRESS and nothing else happens. It won't complete the disposition order to remove the files from the document. I even tested this with acknowledging the receipt of the disposition order prior to attempting to discard the documents and still nothing. Does any one know how to get these to process?
I figured this out- first you need to process the order, destroy the copy, then add to a disposition order and approve and process the dispostion order.
