eB Error Message - Access to Events

Question

Good Morning, 
 We have a number of end users stating they are receiving the attached error message. 
 The users come across this error when trying to access eB Events. This does not occur for all Events and eB permissions/securities are fine. 
 Any Ideas?

Hi, 
 Could you check if the eB web deployment eB Corrective action is selected under functionality tab. 
 Please Select it and deploy it and check if it gives still the same error.
