Hi,
A user can't add object due to no active x prompted to install. I've searched for solutions on the communities and tried all the steps including enabling the active x on the security options, but the active x never prompt. I've attached the image for your reference.
Hello Adzrai,
It might be due to bit version of browser. Make sure you are launching 32bit version browser (You can check this under Task Manager> Processes Tab).
If it's not the case then we need to know couple things.
1) What browser do you use?
2) Are you prompted with message that activeX needs to be installed?
3) Does ActiveX gets installed. If it gets installed you should find eb.control.control.dll under Windows\Downloaded Program Files.
Let me know how it goes

Hi Gintautas,
The machine is running on 64-bit but I've used IE 32-bit to launch eB web and still the ActiveX didn't prompt to install.
Please find my below response;
1. Internet explorer 10
2. No.
3. The ActiveX is not installed since it never prompt to install.
