Have you made any changes recently ?
In eBSMC, expand data source and click your data source. It should prompt you to update the internal id. After that, try login again. If it still fails, remove the community definition and add it again.

Its a fresh installation. I just created a data-source but when a test my data-source connection or attempt to create a community that error occurs.
Hi rsam, the first thing you should check is in the windows services for 'eb service manager'. It should be started if it isnt see if you can start it. If you cant a reboot is suggested.
