If the storage drive where your repository is located run out of space you can expand eb Storage by using multiple repositories. These repositories should be under same repository group but can be located on different physical storage drives. This can be done by creating new repository and disabling Writing option to old repository which is out of space. The system will write files to new repository and already uploaded files will still be accessible.
On file update (then using checking out/in functionality) the file will be written to new repository and the old one will be flagged as historic. (Historic files can be deleted by ticking Delete Historic Files option in Check In box)
add required details and press OK.
After entering new Repository Name, Path and Community and pressing OK button the application will ask you to Select Repository Group as in Screen shot below.
Select the Repository Group containing repository that has no space and press ok button.
In Storage select your old (run out of space storage) and disable Write Enabled option in properties window.
