Problem Faced by User:

It has been seen that while configuring eB , when a user logged into eB web as admin and when he select Directory under Navigate he gets below error:

Reason of the issue:

Probably, if no directory set as “directory root”, user comes across such error.

Workaround:

User need to set a directory as “directory root” first.

First user needs to highlight the folder and then click on the “set document root” under actions.
