Explanation

This error occurred while adding community in SMC (System Management Console).

This error was resolved by

Expanding Data Sources -> Generic_new(which is the database) -> Upgrade or Update the Database -> Click to Start the Database Update

Now click on generic_new(database) again and a pop up will be displayed just click OK

Then add community.
