Unable to add template in "User Define" class. Facing an "Exclude All Teamplate" error.

Scenario:

While creating a new template for a class in eB Director, user may face the below error:

To rectify the issue, follow the below procedure:

1) Open eB web.

2) Click on "Show system report"

3) Go to system preferences.

4) Expand "Filters" and change "ExcludeAllTeamplete" to "N".
