There was a failure downloading the Integration dll. Please check the IntegrationUrl BravaXParam.
I want to view a file within Brava so I can perform some markup tasks.
Against the actions icon of the file, I select 'View File in Brava!'
The Brava window appears with the error message.
There are a number of reasons why this error appears.
Firstly the Brava site cannot be contacted. If the Brava server and the eB Web Server are separate, make sure the client PC has access to both servers if firewalls are a consideration.
Secondly, ensure that the Brava website is in your list of trusted sites within Internet Explorer settings.
Select Internet options. Then select the Security tab, click on the trusted sites and then the sites button:
Add your Brava website.
If you are using Internet Explorer 11, and using 15.6.1, addthe eB web site to internet explorers Compatability View.
The above are the common issues. But there have been other issues relating to internet options.
If two identical machines are behaving differently, it is most likely that the internet options are set differently. A specific issue was in the security tab of intenet options, the 'Enable Protected mode' was selected. Removing this option allowed Brava to be loaded correctly.
