Unable to open file from eB to view in Brava

Problem Description

Failed to publish document.
HTTP Response Code is 500, not 2XX.
Net-It Enterprise error: Critical CDL Error:  (0x800A): 'The invocation of the constructor on type 'System.Windows.Documents.DocumentReference' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception.' Line number '2' and line position '21'
User reported the above error against eB and the Brava viewer. The issue was confirmed and reproducible by the eB PAT and iSupport teams.
The findings in the error message pointed to the Net-It Enterprise application or PDF driver.
 Solution:

The original file conversion to PDF was affected by the PDF publisher application during file creation. The error in the problem description pointed to the Net-It Enterprise application/component. To resolve this issue, the original file, PDF creation had to be recreated by a different method. Then replace the old problem PDF with the New PDF in eB.
