After logging into eB web with new user credentials and visited to "Home" page, user faced below error:

Solution

To overcome this issue, we need to add the person/role (role which is assign to person) into the "Security" field of the Folder.
We need to follow below steps to add the person/role:

1) Double click the "System" heading in "Explorer".
2) it will open the "Folder" pane as shown in below image. Now add the "Person" or "Role" into it.
