Problem :-
When you open eB Engineering Designer and you don't see the top menu options as shown in the below screen shot.
Explanation :-
To hide the top menu options you can right click to the right menu and select customize uncheck all the four options and close the top menu options will disappear.
Solution :-
- Close the eB engineering designer and login again it will bring back all the menu options.
- You can also run the Query from Database to get back all the top menu options
