The Manage Markups pane shows the user have View, Modify and Delete permissions for both the Markup and the Consolidator. However, when trying to open the markup file, the client is getting HTTP Response Code is 500, not 2XX. Unknown Communication Server error
We can check the communication between the eB and Brava server through generated logs (C:\Users\<user.name>\IGC\x7_1\clientlog.txt).
It seems the Markup is being created and placed into a location that is not found when the user is requesting to view the saved Markup. The Markup is occurring correctly as far as Brava is concerned, but the markup file is being stored in the Brava directory, and does not appear to be aware of eB.
The settings in bold are the only ones required in the eB web.config that control the connection between the Brava and eB app server: <eB.PlugIn.BravaViewer.Properties.Settings> <setting name="BravaUrl" serializeAs="String"> <value>URL</value> <!-- Insert url of Brava! server here --> </setting> <setting name="BravaCabVer" serializeAs="String"> <!--value>7,1,1,28</value--> <value>7,1,1,19</value> </setting> <setting name="BravaClsId" serializeAs="String"> <value>BRAVA ID</value> </setting>

To resolve the issue, commenting out the “getmarkup=methodurl,http://UsersURL.com/BravaServer/RetrieveMarkup.aspx” line in the Brava! Server_precedence.properties configuration file.
