Problem Description :-

 After creating a Change Request from template the template is just not listed in the list of available templates. Even when checked the below things you cannot see the list of templates.

- The template is approved

- Using the correct scope

-  User has permission to View and can use rights on the template

But still the template is not available in both eB Director and eB Web.

 

 

Solution :-

 

Change Requests that are part of a change package don't display as individual templates, since they are meant to be instantiated only as part of a package.

In eB Director > System Admin > Information Modeling > Compound Objects, click on each defined object to see the templates defined for each. You will probably see the missing Change Request templates there.
