Background :

The following steps show how to restart the eB COM+ Component/ eB entry under Component Services

Steps to accomplish :

1. First confirm that no users are logged in or Using eB system. The steps that follow will kill any ongoing eB sessions.

2. Login as user with Administrator access in eB application server.

3. From Windows Menu Go to Administrative Tools-àComponent Services.

4. Navigate down the three as shown in screenshot below until you reach “Enterprise Informatics eB” in earlier eB versions or “eB Insight” in later versions.

5. Right Click on “Enterprise Informatics eB” or “eB Insight” and select “Shutdown”
