Problem
After upgrading eB from version 14 to eB version 15 or higher, the FilePlan rules Search Criteria must be modify to the currently use version.
eB version 15 search functionality was optumizated and changed from how version 14.6 works. Therefore, after upgrading from eB version 14.6 to eB version 15 and higher, the records management data, FilePlan rules will need to be modify to meet the newer eB standard. Once modified, from that point forward the FilePlan rules will continue to work as in the older eB version 14.6.
If the FilePlan rules in version 14.6 are not modified for the version 15 standards, the Version 14 FilePlan in Version 15 will show the following error when run:

This rule was created in an older version, the search criteria isn’t compatible with the latest version. It is advisable that the criteria is updated.
Solution
After upgrading eB from version 14 to eB version 15 or higher, the FilePlan rules Search Criteria must be modify to the currently use version.
