Error : This Item has already been added as a non Config Item

Error Description :

Error appears when User trying to create new physical Item or Revision of any Physical item with same name that already exist for configured Physical Item 

Solution :

While creating new revision of Configured Physical Item make sure to change Version and number of Physical Item
