If you need to report an issue regarding an eB functionality, please go to http://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport and login with the credential your Bentley site administrator has setup for you.
Select "Assetwise CDE" at the Product dropdown, then select the most appropriate Product Area for your issue. Fill in the other details and click the green "Submit to Support" button at the bottom of the screen.
If you can attach some screenshots to illustrate your issue it can usually speed up the trouble shooting effort.
