After sending an email in eB, user getting notification in their inbox saying that " Delivery had failed to the recipients"
Error: "A recipient must be specified " occurred in eB SMC queue
1) Open eB Director and Go to System Admin > System Defaults > General and make sure that "Directory Entry type for E-Mail" value is selected as Email from drop box.
2) Make sure that Directories entries of Person (recipient) have Email as Directory name selected with correct email address.
Open recipient profile > Expand Directory Entries topic and show all to make sure that Directories entries are filled correctly
