Turtle Missing from Web

Problem Description:

Whenever systems get upgraded, Turtle sign to upload/add files to the document always disabled while using Internet Explorer.

Root Cause:

When system upgraded, it upgrades all the default applications including Internet Explorer. When Internet Explorer version upgraded, all the settings gets changed to default and disabled ActiveX settings.

Solution:

Need to change the settings via Internet Options > Security Tab:

a) Add the site to trusted site

b) Enable ActiveX controls and plugins

Once all above settings matched, have to make sure eb Web site is under Compatibility mode, via   Tools > Compatibility Settings:

Add the Web Site name and close all the Internet Explorer instances. Once done, try to open eB Web site and check any Non Approved Document for turtle.

Note:

For future system upgrades, make sure you change the Internet Explorer's Automatic upgrading to disable, via Tool > About Internet Explorer > Uncheck  "Install New Version Automatically" option.
