Problem Description:

Issue occurs when user try to search "Not approved objects" or "historic objects" in eB web and it doesn't display any result.

User Case Scenario:

User were not able to see objects in Explorer under folder in the form of tree structure under eB web. Folder were greyed out, also not able to search those objects in Web.

Issue was related to particular user only.

Problem Solution:

- Make sure that user have all permission of objects and repective folder

- Make sure that if objects are not approved or historic, Set Filter Status to "No Filtering" so that it would easily search all types of objects having different status.

Steps: To do this

1. Go to eB Web > My Preference > Expand Filter > Status Filtering.        

2. Set Status Filtering to "No filtering"
