Problem Description :
Internet Explorer stopped working or web page hang while working on eB web page or while navigating in eB web whereas Director works fine.
Area of troubleshooting to resolve issue :
1) Check the Add-ons applied to browser if it is blocking eB web to work.
- Go to Browser settings > Manage Add-ons and under show drop box, select All add-ons
- Disable any foreign or unexpected add-ons and re-launch browser > try testing if eB web working
2) Turn off Fire fall from control panel and test if eB web working fine
3) Install Windows update and update IE browser.
4) Under programs and Features make sure there should not be any useless application that downloaded and installed automatically on machine and causing eB to stop working. Uninstall unwanted application and try testing with eB web.
