User gets an error saying "Failed to fill template dropdown" when attempting to Bulk Import / Update Documents.
The user does not have permissions (which may include scope access) on the template defined in Bulk Transaction Preferences screen.
Grant the user permissions (including scope access) to the template defined in Bulk Transaction Preferences screen. Then have the user re-login to eBweb to try again.
If the error persists (even after the appropriate permissions and scope access are granted), please do the following:
