Problem Description :
When user change his scope to Global, and try to open the preferences screen get's the following error (attached)

"The location is not in the list of Active [Session] Scopes.

Solution :

Above error occurs user mis-match the scope. Make sure you are accessing the correct scope in which you have permission and Active scope should be the same.

For eg : User is missing preferences settings while the user changed to KHZ scope from Global scope however user able to access preferences setting in Global scope but not in KHZ scope.

In this case we need to make sure that user should change Active Scope as well. for eg: User should change Active scope to KHZ also in this case.
