Error: Connection lost contact appears while creating community

Problem Description :

User tried to create the community in eB and getting error message of Connection Lost Contact as shown in below screenshot

Root Cause  :

Attached error may occur may be because -
1)Server was unexpectedly terminated or was forced to terminate.
2) Server timed out the connect
3) Windows firewall is checking for local connections

Problem Solution :
