Job stuck in Ready state in Work queue

Problem Description :

Job stuck in ready state in Work queue for long time and not processing further.

Root Cause :

Server might not be assigned to community or queue job type is not enabled for respective community

Problem Solution :

 Go eB SMC and expand server > select Work Queue and make sure that required community is checked mark at right hand pane as shown in below screenshot
