Problem Description:
Users getting one or more of the following errors when attempting to create or delete objects which have a MVA (multi-value attribute).
- Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint ‘char_data_mv_ak1’…
- …cannot insert duplicate key in object ‘dbo.char_data_mv’
- Code Exception: The Audit Property Names ‘Attributes[…]/Value’ (from type ‘3’) does not exist in Audit Property Definitions
- Correlation code: be0bdd35-37c8-47ba-8bfe-ccf9e116b950
Cause:
The exact cause of the errors is still unknown as of writing. But it seems to be related to new configurations being imported into the community.
Solution:
Rename the MVA mentioned in the error message to another (temporary) name. Then rename it back to the original name.
