Problem Description :

While resubmitting job, user were getting timed out error in Mail queue of SMC. Below error occurs while user were trying to send email heavy file attached in Document in eB Web

Root Cause :

SMTP may take some time to send hue file in email.

Problem Solution :

Increasing SMTP timeout settings may resolves  issue at initial phase

Open SMC > Expand server > Mail Distribution > Increase SMTP Timeout setting
