Error trying to add a community

Problem Description:

An error (see below) is displayed when user tries to add a community using the eB System Management Console (eBSMC). The error is:

Failed to check if Admin password needs change, could not create proxy to newly created community:
ERROR: Unable to find a valid user account using the provided claims.  Ensure that you accounts are configured correctly and that it is enabled. AD AUTHORITY,http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/name,BENTLEY\Dennis.Chan;AD AUTHORITY,http://schemas.microsoft.com/ws/2008/06/identity/claims/primarysid,S-1-5-21-953463015-1924512962-2519238931-254370
Auto create of users is not enabled.

Cause:

This is a known issue in version 16.7.2 if there is another community defined in eBSMC.

Solution:

In the New Community Properties window uncheck 'Inherit Service Identity' checkbox before clicking OK to create the community.
