Problem Description:
User gets the following error when performing searches (or running reports) in eBweb:
- Error executing child request for ReportWizard.aspx
Cause:
There can be various causes for this error. One possible cause, which the error message does not indicate clear enough, is related to Oracle TEMP tablespace (table space).
Solution:
- Run Director
- Login with the same user as in eBweb
- Perform the exact same search (or run the same report)
- When the error comes up see if it mentions that the TEMP tablespace in the Oracle cannot be extended
- If so allocate more space to the TEMP tablespace
