Problem Description
Not able to Upload File using Turtle in IE.
Requirement
By adding the site to the compatibility list the user still gets the the errors message - unable to upload files.
Solution
The solution to this issue is you have to add path in the temp location.
Please follow the steps,
Step 1: Go to a Command prompt window on your users PC.
Step 2: Type CD %TEMP%.This will take you to the temporary directory used by Eb (and others apps).
Step 3: Then create all the subdirectories in the path low\Bentley\eB.Control.IEControl right there (e.g. type MD LOW then type MD BENTLEY and finally type MD eB.Control.IEControl).
