Problem Description:

When users attempt to register AdobePDFLWrapper.dll using the Regsvr32 command they get the following error:

The module "adobepdflwrapper.dll" failed to load.

Cause:

One or more files needed for AdobePDFLWrapper.dll to register successfully are missing.

Solution:

Make sure the folder containing AdobePDFLWrapper.dll (typically C:\Program Files\Bentley\eB\Shared\Adobe) also has the following files in it:

ACE.dll
AdobePDFL.dll
AdobeXMP.dll
AGM.dll
ARE.dll
AXE8SharedExpat.dll
BIB.dll
BIBUtils.dll
CoolType.dll
icucnv36.dll
icudt36.dll
JP2KLib.dll
