Problem Description:
User gets the following error when trying to access a Quicklink URL:
Not Found
Either the object you are linked to has been deleted or you do not have permission to display it.

Cause:
The object being referenced in the Quicklink URL is not available or accessible by the user.
Solution:
Ensure the object referenced in the Quicklink URL does exist (e.g. the link may refer to the Latest Approved revision but the object is not approved yet). Also ensure the user has permissions on the object and revision. Not that the object may reside in a scope that the user cannot access (anymore).
If the Quicklink URL points to an object that has a Historic status or is Obsolete, make sure the user accessing this Quicklink has his/her preference set to "No Filtering" for Status Filtering.
