Problem Description:
User gets the following error when attempting to view a file using the Brava viewer:
Ready to View
The client encountered a problem with the previous request.
For more detailed information review the JavaScript console.
Unable to load https://<BravaServerName>/BravaServer/search/searchtext/.....
Cause:
One possible cause is that the specific file being viewed has Office attachments in it while the viewing capability of such documents is not supported by the Brava server (sometimes due to company policy).
