Problem Description:

Queues are getting disabled and failing the jobs, and after enabling and refreshing the SMC they are again getting disabled.

Error:

This queue is not served by the server “Server-Name”.

Same error was reflecting in the Work, Storage and Snapshot Capture queue.

Root Cause:

In some instances (failure or crash) corrupts the configuration files of SMC.

Solution:

1. Try to enable the queues first and check that they are not getting disabled again after refreshing the queues.

2. If still the queues are getting disabled then go to service manager as shown in below screenshot.

Then restart the queues, which are getting disabled.

3. If still queues are getting disabled, then delete the community and re-add the community again and run the Database Maintenance scripts.
