User failed to see Templates in web on expansion

Problem Description :

User not able to expand button for Document, Physical Item, Tags, VIG and thus failed to see related approved templates for those objects.

However, user can see same in eB Director.

Solution :

user are not able to see templates for Document, Physical Item , Tags and Virtual Items may be because you have selected design plugins while creating virtual directory or you have engineering designer web plugins installed on your machine.

Please go to below location and uncheck those plugin and redeploy web

eB web application manager > select web site > edit web > uncheck those as highlighted in attachment.

or create new virtual directory and do not select plugins highlighted in attachment.
