Problem Description:

When logging into eB Director, once the community has been selected, the software loads and then throws out an HTTP error request pointing out unauthorized client authentication. This was resolved on the client server using a newly generated SSL certificate. When logging in from one of their local machines, the error persists:

Solution:

The eB Service account needed to have the same Service Principle (SPN) name configured in the Active Directory in order for it to tie the HTTP service endpoint. The registration need to been done.
