 Problem:

User is getting unexpected error while working on eB web saying - "The session is not valid, it may have been logged off or expired. Please log back in."

Solution 

Above error may occur in two cases

1) While working on eB web and suddenly error pops up

- In this case please clear the browsing history and cookies, restart web and this would work

2) eB web keep ideal for long time

- In this case we have to restart browser and make sure web cannot be kept ideal for long time as it may loose its session. Clear browsing history and cookies and restart the browser would help
