User not able to login

Problem:

User not able to login to eB Web.

Error:

A problem occurred connecting to the community

Unable to retrieve your account information. (Director)

Solution:

1. Changed credentials and did a check by trying to log in. Still issue was there.

2. Then disabled user from User Account information and then Made not Active.

3. Then saved the and then made changes into the user credentials and saved all.

4. After that enabled and made user active this resolved the issue.
