 Requirement

 Download/Launch?view the Files from eB Document on eB Web.

Problem Description

If not able to download/view the Files from eB Document on eB Web on eB 16.07.XX Version.

Solution

The solution to this issue is uncheck the Intranet Sites from Compatibility View Settings.

- Internet Explorer -> Tools->Compatibility View Settings->Uncheck Display Intranet sites in Compatibility View and Remove Domain Name from List.
