Problem:
Getting error while selecting large number of documents for transmittal. (typically included 1000 documents) Http error 400 : Size of the request headers is too long.
Error:
Workaround: When working with transmittals that have a large number of documents, (typically first seen with around 1000 documents) the data sent to the IIS server is too large for the default IIS setting. To enable more data to be sent to the IIS server, and so the transmittal with 1000s of attached documents, change the setting maxRequestLength from the default 5000 to a larger number. You can double the number until the error gets removed.
The maximum value you can set for maxRequestLength is 1073741824.
The web.config file generally residue under C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ALIM path (just given for reference purpose)
If it still throws an error, you can check further parameters on Microsoft website or else contact eB administrator.
